Hi, my name is Nate.  I was a stray that could not find my way home.   I am friendly and pretty chill.  I do not seem to mind other cats.

I love to be brushed and one thing that is unique, is I love to stretch all the time. The friendly rescue people think it is kinda comical and cute!   The animal doctor thinks I am still quite young, so I may even grow bigger than I am now.  I am sooooo hoping I can find a good home where I can stretch my legs.

Nate has tested positive for FIV.  FIV is an immune disorder in felines.  Although FIV is contagious to other cats, FIV is mainly passed from cat to cat through deep bite wounds, the kind that usually occur outdoors during aggressive fights and territorial disputes-the perfect reason to keep your cat inside. Cats with FIV can live a long life with proper precautions to keep them healthy.

From the volunteers: Unique features – loves to stretch, it is hilarious. Beautiful green eyes. Mellow. likes to be brushed.
