Mabel is a 13-week-old Great Pyrenees puppy. She loves to play with all sizes, breeds, and ages of dogs. She gets along with animals and people alike. She especially loves to be around little children. When you scratch behind her right ear she does a little leg shake, letting you know you found the spot! Her favorite place to take a nap inside is over the AC vent, so she can stay as cool as a cucumber. Mabel enjoys chewing on squeaky toys, running around the backyard, and playing with her furry foster siblings. She is very smart and is doing well with potty training.
Mabel would be a great working dog, but she also likes to be inside, so someone who would let her be in and out would be ideal. She may only be 13 weeks old, but she is already the same size as her 1.5-year-old English Bulldog foster brother. Be mindful that she will be a very big girl. The vet said to expect at least 100 pounds, but she could be more.
Anyone who is lucky enough to get to adopt Mabel will have a wonderful lifetime companion. Foster mom has fallen in love with her, but foster dad says no more big dogs, silly guy! Mabel would love to go to a family with children as she seems very drawn to them.
