Bagheera is a gentle, laid back, affectionate cat. He has the distinction of being polydactyl on his front paws (has extra toes). He is not one to play with cat toys, but loves to be petted and brushed.
Bagheera has diabetes – he requires insulin twice a day as well as special prescription food (Glycobalance). Diabetes can cause excessive thirst and therefore more frequent urination. This means daily litter box cleaning is a must. Diabetic cats should have periodic blood glucose curves done to ensure they are receiving the correct insulin dose.
Bagheera wants a forever home with someone willing to work with his condition so he can enjoy good health.
